The Olsen's Crypt Metalgrafia

Guayota     Vocals, All instruments
: Death Above, Muert
The Band started to born in my head in 2004; While we were looking for
a name, I was focused in Rotten Cross (R.I.P); But it wasn’t until the
second half of 2005 when I finally decided to begin my solo project
“The Olsen Crypt”. After composing two songs plus one intro and outro;
I recorded in The Goatsick Records of Athamaugh which is my only
edited material by the moment: “Algo se mueve en el Viejo Cementerio
(Demo ’06)”.Then, the Band changed the name to “Nigra Eucharistia”;
this and the addition of some Latin lyrics were the only changes
in the group. Later, I recorded material for an upcoming split again
in the Goatsick Records in 2007; The work was lost and I just could
recover the intro.
Because of personal issues and my others Bands there was a period of
inactivity until 2011; When I took up again Nigra Eucharistia, I
recorded two songs and a version in Goarsick Records and I used the
intro I saved.
The Split wasn’t edited; But now, after all the troubles; Finally it
will be edited as a 4 way Split with the label “Ritual of Intolerance”.
For now, I cannot say anything else about this edition; I just can
say that it will come out as CD and Cassette in limited
edition and hand numbered.
“The Olsen’s Crypt”.
diferentes motivos ajenos a Nigra Eucharistia; El Split no llegó
a editarse, y ahora después de mucho batallar; Por fin se verá
editado este viejo material a modo de 4 way Split bajo el Sello
“Ritual of Intolerance”. Por el momento no se puede desvelar mas
nada acerca de esta edición; Solo decirles que saldrá en formato
CD y Cassette en ediciones limitadas y numeradas a mano..
Algo se mueve en el Viejo Cementerio Demo 2006
Known in the past as The Olsen's Crypt, after the 2006
Demo the name of the band changed to Nigra Eucharistia.

Carpticon is a black metal band from Jessheim, Norway. Carpticon was
officially founded in December 2001 by Brigge and Ishtarh. Carpticon
was at the beginning called "Svitjod", but after a while they found
out that the name was occupied so they had to change it. Some time
went by and many suggestions where considered and they came up with
"Infernal Fiend", after a short time they decided to change that one
too and ended up with Carpticon. They started to rehearse at the
local Rock club at Jessheim. And at this time they only where the
two founding members.
Since they both played guitar they needed other musicians to do the
rest, but that was not so easy that they hoped. After a while they
managed to collect a whole lineup in 2002 and they recorded a single
called "The Art Of Darkness". The Art of Darkness was recorded on a
eight track HD recorder and the production and sound quality was not
what they was expecting, but it was an experience to build on.
they continued writing songs and few months later they had written
around eight tracks which they was practicing as often as three -
four days a week. The members that contributed on the recording of
"The Art Of Darkness" where now leaving the band, and they was back
with only two guitars again. In late 2002 the former guitarist of
Mandylion, Hellspawn joined Carpticon. they felt they had to record a
promo package soon so they went through all the material that laid by
their hands, and re-writed a few of the tracks and wrote a few new.
they recorded a preproduction in November 2002; Occularis Inferum
started to take form. They practiced hard for about a month and
planned to record the demo in December, but since the session drummer
that would help them out with the drum tracks was very busy at this
point they had to put the recording on ice for a while. 2003 started
out about the same as the past year ended, with many and long practices
and lack of members. In January they where asked to do a gig at the
opening of a youth club at Jessheim. So they did two gigs only using a
drum machine, two guitars and vocals. Carpticon started the year 2003
as a three man band, but in the spring they managed to get a drummer
again. Former drummer of Alsvartr, Valdr. they practiced a few times
and after a while his other projects occupied much of his time, so he
got us a replacement drummer. The drummer of Nebular Mystic, Morgoth
joined Carpticon at the summer and they practiced for a while and
ended the year together with a gig at Jessheimdays in August 2003.
It was on a pretty big stage outdoors with pro sound and light
engineers. This was their first true live experience and that..s
the biggest they have done so far.
After the gig at Jessheimdays Carpticon was put on ice for about nine
months due to military service and other related things, they got a
few offers to play at small Norwegian festivals in the next months but
because of the reasons above they had to say no. Much of the time was
used planning their next moves. When they all where back in 2004
Hellhamer left Carpticon, he was replaced by Volund and they were now
four members. A long time of practice and planning was ahead of them
and they arranged photo sessions and started to look for a place to
record their promo package. Valdr joined Carpticon again in late 2004,
but now to play the bass. they formerly lived at their rehearsal dungeon
in these few months before Christmas and in December it was settled
that they was entering Panser Studio in January 2005 to record
Occularis Infernum. In these months before the studio visit they did
the last small adjustments on their material and they used January to
 record and mix Occularis Infernum.
The release was set to 7th of February and their first promo package was
finally done, after three years writing tracks, lyrics and searching for
members. In April 2005 They played their first consert for over a year
together with Thyruz on Garasjen Rock Cafè Jessheim. Almost 100 metal
heads visited the event this evening, they got good critics and it went
out pretty well. Now they have started to write new tracks which they
are going to record probably some time in 2005, they gave us a taste
from that live on Jessheim. In June Carpticon was contacted by the
Spanish underground label BlackSeed Productions, they showed their
interest for Carpticon and wanted to release their debut album.
And first of August they Signed up with BlackSeed Productions.

the project being a joke. He wanted to show how pathetic
the contemporary black metal scene is by playing the most
dilettante music and creating a pseudo-satanic image.

Krypt was started in 2006 by Nag (guitars, bass and vocals)
and Desecrator (drums), with the inspiration of keeping the
flame of pure old school Black Metal alive. Both members have
long experience from other bands; Nag from Tsjuder, Isvind and
Gehenna, and Desecrator from Tsjuder and Furze. Krypt is based
upon this experience, and their shared musical and anti-religious views.

Orcustus was formed in Bergen, Norway, early in 2002 by Taipan,
Dirge Rep, Infernus and Tormentor. Their moniker, meaning “the
inner circle of Hell where Lucifer resides on his throne”, was
suggested by Dirge Rep and the band got approval to use it from
the name’s rightful owner, Bård “Faust” Eithun, who published an
underground fanzine with the same name in the early 90’s.
Summer 2002 saw the band beginning to rehearse three tracks which
eventually became the Demo 2002. These tracks were already written
by Taipan for his former band Abattoir during the years 1998-2000.
The demo was recorded in the autumn of 2002 and released early in
This release led to a deal with the American label Southern Lord
Recordings and later that year two tracks from the demo were
released as the World Dirtnap 7” EP. Work for their debut album
Teloch entered the band in 2004 and contributed with the track
“Grin of Deceit” to the 2005 Wrathrash 7” EP. The title track
hailed from the Abattoir days. A track called “I Satans Virke”
was also recorded in that session for a split 7” EP with the
Norwegian band Daudur due for release on Worship Him Records
in 2009. Teloch’s involvement with Orcustus came to an end in
After five years in the making, the recording of the Orcustus
full-length commenced spring 2007. Recording and mixing were
completed in June 2008. By this time inner and outer adversity
had taken its toll and the decision was made to deal the band
a coup de grâce upon completion of the album.
However; in the last week of 2008, Dirge Rep and Taipan decided
to pick up the pieces in order to resurrect Orcustus from its
short dirtnap.

DHG was originally formed in 1994 under the moniker Dødheimsgard
which is a conjunction of three words: Død which means death, Heim
which means home and Gard which means mansion (at least in this
context). A natural translation of Dødheimsgard into English would
be "Mansion/house of Death" or "Realm of the Dead/Death."
Vicotnik and Aldrahn performed guest vocals on the first Dimmu Borgir
album, "For All Tid", with Aldrahn doing lyrics and lead vocals on
one track. Aldrahn also wrote lyrics for the title track of the
second Dimmu Borgir album "Stormblåst". Additionally, both of them
contributed guest vocals on the Isengard album, "Høstmørke."

Darkthrone started as a death metal band, but by the end of
1990 and the beginning of 1991, when they were rehearsing the
material that would eventually become Goatlord, Nocturno Culto,
Zephyrous and Fenriz developed interest to black metal. Soon they
decided to abort the Goatlord sessions because the material didn't
reflect what they felt, and started to compose the songs that were
to be found on A Blaze in the Northern Sky. Dag Nilsen was the
only member who still wanted to play technical death metal, so he
recorded the bass lines for A Blaze in the Northern Sky and then
left the band.
Darkthrone's name was inspired by a Danish zine from around 1985/86
called Blackthorn, written by the guys from the Danish band DesExult,
as well as by the lyrics of the Celtic Frost song "Jewel Throne"
(I'm the king, sitting in the dark hiding from the shadows of the
wind/.../ As I gaze from the Jewel Throne to the portal of infinity).
According to the December 2007 issue of Decibel Magazine, the
Darkthrone logo was designed by Tomas Lindberg of At the Gates.

God Seed was formed in March 2009 by Gaahl and King ov Hell
following the court's conclusion of Gorgoroth's band name dispute.
An album was supposed to be released in 2009 during the Gorgoroth's
name dispute. After Gaahl and King ov Hell lost the court battle,
they intended to release the album as God Seed, taking the name
from a Gorgoroth song.
The band existed from March 2009 to July 2009 before Gaahl left after
he chose to retire from the metal scene. King took the songs intended
for the first God Seed album to a new project called Ov Hell, with
Shagrath replacing Gaahl as vocalist.
King and Gaahl reunited as God Seed in 2012.
